Background: I'm looking for some advice. I came here to this thread about a year ago and got some good thoughts on my throw. After nearly a year of field work (three times / week when the weather is good), I'm back, looking for an update from all of you.

My Question: I'm able to get to 330' consistently, but I feel like I should be getting further. The disc that I can consistently throw the furthest is my Beast, but I have some Speed 11 and 13 discs that can go the same distance (unless I am going into the wind-they go further).

How's my form? Any suggestions? Should I be happy with this distance and my technique and just work on making it more consistent? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Lot better than before, however you still turn backward too early so the rhythm is off, and you are leaning back and forth instead of maintaining an upright athletic posture and rotating the upper body from the hips to whip the arm/disc.
