I like the casual water rule, and the trash bag over the foot... I'd be curious if you were playing for money or not.. If I'm not playing a tourney or skins then screw it it doesn't matter. I wouldn't get a wet foot for nothing!

But he has the option to do so. And there are times when it is to your benefit to play from the causal water
