Hunter's Bridge Apartments DGC in Burlington, NC

I was looking around the web when I found that Hunter's Bridge Apartments in Burlington, NC has a course. I don't know if its open to the public. So does any one know of this course?

All I know is that courses like that aren't usually open to the public. I'd take a putter and check it out. I seriously doubt you need anything else.
