For me anyway.

The wrist serves as many hinges: the up-down motion of a slam dunk, the lateral hinge, as if you laid your arm on the table and moved your hand left-right.

The one I never considered before was the twisting motion of the forearm (counter)clockwise.

I tried gripping my disc rotating the wrist to the left (LHBH) and down.

With a good pull through, it not only seems to have eliminated the nose-up, but has added some distance as well.

Discovered this yesterday in the field, and confirmed it on the course today. Still a work in progress, but an encouraged with the results so far.

Sweet. Sounds like a fix Gannon Buhr showed on his yt channel where iceberg tv and bondanza used the video to show the fix as well. Glad it worked out for you.

I had lessons today to try to get my nose down. Found out im already throwing nose down, i just have a noodle arm
