I used to throw almost exclusively Discraft, so here's my bag breakdown. The Cranks/Nukes may change, i'd have ESP Cranks for stable/straight duties and Z Crank or Nuke for OS slots.

Rhino = Zone
Magnet = Magnet
Gauge = Comet
Ghost = Buzz
Drone = Drone
Mongoose = Beat XL
Patriot = XL
Rival = Tracker
Thunderbird = Tracker
Firebird = Predator
Bandit = Stalker
Outlaw = Crank/Nuke mixes
 
No idea about discraft except for the Buzz, so here is my bag - feel free to fill in:

Eagles/Teebirds, I'd go with the Tsunami. My Proline started in the same place as my Star Eagles. Which is similar to the Teebirds I've thrown.

You'd also want to throw the Aftershock for the Roc, IMO. And some Hurricanes along with the Forces.

For Leopards, and understable Teebirds, I go with the Squall.

Biggest gaps are replacing the PD and the Teebird. I've thrown the Stalker, and I didn't love it.

I threw together a Discraft bag in my car for in between work rounds. I am really loving it.

Challenger x2 pro D
ESP Zone
Buzz - ESP and Z
Hornet
Big Z Mantis
Predator - Beat Z straighter, new Z super Overstable, new flat 168 big Z for straighter and FH shots
Avenger - Z and X accurate drives with length
Avenger SS - rollers, hyzerflip and anhyzers
Crank - Z and Big Z big distance line holders
Force - Z headwind and hyzers, beat ESP turnovers
Nuke OS - big forehands and hyzers

Overall a great bag. Could add a meteor/comet and a driving Challenger and it could be really do able. What do y'all think?
 
I didn't like the stalker. It felt like a speed six to me. The ti stalker I had, I could barely throw 300 ft. It was so overstable. The Z I have is a first run and I could throw it further but it just seemed so unpredictable. Sometimes it would hyzer, sometimes flip, sometimes straight. I guess I found it to hold the line, but not like the wind. I am liking the mantis a lot more thus far. It might not have the HSS of the teebird but in heavier weights it will fight wind. It also feels like a fairway where the stalker feels like a mid to me. I just never clicked with the stalker.

Mantis isn't even close, way way flippier unless you get an ace race ti one. Stalkers are less stable and considerably shorter.

Trackers and xls are closer but a really beat predator is better

Roc- wasp, buzzz
Firebird- predator
Thunderbird- xl?
Sidewinder- avenger ss
Xcal- force
Destroyer- surge?

XL isn't nearly as OS as a Thunderbird... I'd recommend an old Z Wildcat or a Crush.
Surge is rather "Wraith-like"... a tad slower and not as OS as a Destoyer. I'd plug a Nuke into that slot.

I like the rest of your substitutions, though. Just my 2¢ ...
