Keeping Discs

So your allowed to state your oppinion on this website, correct? Well, i dont think any of you will like my oppinion. But, i dont see how someone can expect a disc back after they lose it. When you find a disc it is your property. And, i find that most people preach against keeping discs. but They keep them when they find them. :wall: what do you guys think?
