1. Grip & Alignment - You have the disc angled way nose up in your grip. Keep the disc level to the top of your forearm and watch your thumb/disc and what angles you are swinging the disc on. Pretend you are swinging the lower arm and disc level to a table at your sternum. You take the disc plane all over the place and drop the elbow down into your body. 2. Power of Posture and Crush the Cans - You are turning your front foot/leg/shoulder your whole front side open before you plant and end up into a horsestance. Also appear to be leaning back over rear leg in backswing instead of braced inside rear foot. Need to keep your front side turned back closed into the plant, then swing/accelerate the disc after...

3. Door Frame Drills - You appear to be reaching back across your body and not turning your shoulders/hips back enough and widening your upper arm angle away from chest.

4. Stop Hugging Yourself/Rounding - self explanatory, also your rear arm is wide away from you, slowing you down, instead of in tight into body at the plant and speeding things up.
 
Door Frame Drills. You need to turn much further back. Hang in the door frame for as long as you can and without using any muscles except gripping the door frame to keep you from falling on your butt. Your front foot should be weightless.
