I would plan the extra day like I plan as well. It appears like Harmaon hills would take the majority of a day if you are not close enough to start early.
That is why my plan above was the full day at Harmaon hills (and 3 hour round trip back to cabin).
I plan to do Ashe & Highland hills in 1 day since those are located closer to each other.
