Nose Down Throwing Uphill????

Stop thinking about it so hard and just pretend there's a guy up the hill and you are playing catch.

My wife says I over-analyze a lot. I want to know how/why things work; then they are more understandable, repeatable for me.

However, I'll give your suggestion a try next time I'm out....I'll imagine there's a person I'm playing catch with and see how that works the whole way through to the basket.

Release angle is key for me when throwing uphill. It is extremely difficult to throw on an upward trajectory, while also throwing flat, while also throwing with the nose down relative to the disc's flight path. It is much easier to keep the nose down while throwing upward if I release on a hyzer or anhyzer angle. And then pretty much the opposite for me when throwing downhill, where I almost always try to release flat.
