Hey all, I am officially at the end of my rope trying to make any form progress so I turn to you all.. I know basically everything is wrong with my form, but trying to fix everything at once breaks my brain. So it would super helpful if you could assist in pinpointing some of the primary problems.

If it matters, I believe I am throwing two Judges and two Ions in the vid. Somewhere in the 215-240 range. My high on the day was 260 something, but not on vid. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Let go of your arm/disc, let it swing back and forth. You are all tensed up and static which is no bueno for a fluid swing. Scrap the x-step for a bit and work on the fundamentals between your feet.

Ok, you are missing the transition of moving forward while turning back. You turn all the way back before you start going forward, so even though you make a good attempt to try and stay turned back or pause rotation, you will start opening up and bringing the right shoulder and disc forward early because you aren't counter-rotating the shoulders all the way back into the plant.

Also need to swing your right shoulder in a pendulum underneath the left shoulder - more athletic forward tilted spine position, rather than more vertical or backward spine and horizontal or tilted over shoulders.
