This is shot at a really weird angle so it's pretty hard to tell anything. Take video directly from the side, and show us your throw in full speed and in slow motion for the best feedback.

Your reachback/transition is a bit jerky with the arm and you aren't quite getting forward. Watch how much smoother Rick's reachback and transition is with the arm/disc and his forward finish.
