Today I decided to do some slow motion video during a casual round with my brother. I thought it came out pretty cool, so I thought I'd share!

Feel free to give us some pointers, I'm always open to advice!

disclaimer.. i'm no expert.

but it seems both of you are not pulling the disc through to your chest and then getting the hit. it should be more of a straight line motion.

both of you're pullback heights are way to high, especially the second one. see how it's going above the shoulders and then coming back down.

Both of your follow through are not on the same plain as your throw that is why your getting OAT (The wobbles). Your arm should be on the same angle as the disc is. Your throwing with like 20% hayzer angle and your arm is following through as if you relesed the disc flat. I am no expert ether but thats just what I saw in the video.

Nice vid, I like that last top down view. Both of you have similar strong arming technique and will need to conceptually change how you throw a disc. Both are pulling early before the plant leg lands, not keeping the disc in close to the chest, not getting the elbow forward of the shoulder, and first guy's wrist never closes, and second guy is curling the wrist. You want to use the disc's momentum/weight to bring the wrist into the forearm, and focus on late acceleration of the lower arm. Footwork is less than stellar...try staying more on your toes for better balance and posture and keeping the right knee straighter as it crosses back over to plant. It's best to try and work a standstill with neutral putters/mids to get the feeling of snap.

This is the best explanation of snap:

I'm no expert and have my own form problems that I'm working on, but I noticed in the last clip that the thrower adjusted his thumb position on the reach back, then looked like he launched a wormburner. Whenever I catch myself doing that, I just stop and start the throw over. I seem to work best when I a) don't use my free hand to hold or guide the disc back before the throw, and b) have the disc set firm in my grip and mentally prepare for the shot before any movement begins. When I make adjustments to whatever while in motion, I inevitably throw something I don't want to throw. Nice vids, clear and good angles, and the 25% speed is great!

Don't hold the disc with both hands.

This is good advice. I made myself get away from holding the disc with both hands and it improved my game alot! Also, lead with your shoulder.

Ps. Lakewood is sweet now huh!?
