I couldn't decide between the "what is it" thread and this one, so here it is. I know its old because I found it about 9-10 years ago, seems to be pretty beefy. So, what is it and what is it worth? Stamped Innova (Rancho CA) and the patent is 4568297. Prolly a 6.5-7/10
