What was thrown back in the day...

Super Puppy - putt and approach 200g brick
P-38 Lightning - overstable driver
Eclipse - neutral driver in max weight, good roller when beat
Stingray - understable driver

Originals will be hard to find but I think all are still available in new production?

Thanks! Time to go hunting!

Starting in 84/5ish, practically all I used was the venerable P-38 and the original Gumbputt. In 87, I added a few others, Aero, XD. Before that, all lids.

Thanks to all!

Wow!
That's the kind of stories I like to read ! Thank you all , I started at the beginning and went all the way thru to the end . There's still a few players I havent seen on there , but it's still a great history lesson .
Think I'll look into that box of discs my buddy bought at a garage sale and left in my garage , some of those names look familiar .....

I started with an Upshot, Bearcat, and an Eclipse. I eventually moved on to F-15 Eagles, Dauntless, and Aviars. Xclones and Cyclones were next. At that point I started throwing Rocs, Avairs, Stingrays, and Polaris LS.

I just showed how long Ive been playing, I should be better by now.
