Poor course design, Hole 12 should be an easy birdie on every course

12 has some serious risk reward if you are looking to birdie it. hole sits after a sharp dogleg right, a long way off the tee, on the top of a narrowish ridge with a downhill OB (pond) on one side, and a long downhill slope on the other (12ft+ in elevation).
