Do not take a Hot shower to try and wash off poison ivy... This will only result in the pores opening up and absorbing more of the oil. Hot showers work great once your confident the oil has been washed off.

I don't mean to thread jack but I do have a question about the pull. I have read in some threads that you want to "pull" the disc when at the right pec. I have also read in some forums that you want to rotate your hips and whip your arm from the rotation of the hips.
