Simple

Reviewed: Played on:May 9, 2023 Played the course:once

Pros:

There are 9 baskets. Probably never crowded. Navigation easy

Cons:

Very few obstacles. No tee pads. Baskets are old and in bad shape. Not much variety. 1 basket was almost totally blocked by debris

Other Thoughts:

This is a little 9 holer which plays around an open field on a college campus. Tees are marked by very small markers in the ground. Found most of them but had to guess on a few holes. Most of the holes are just wide open with nothing in the way. Maintenence appeared to be nonexistent. With some work and moving baskets a bit it could be a fair course but as is really only good for practice and bagging

Nice short course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 3, 2013 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Despite being in an open field, the course is laid out well and offers a variety challenges -- mostly from the wooded areas surrounding. It's enjoyable for those of all levels of experience.

Cons:

Half of the course lies on a flood plane, which can make the ground a tad soggy during part of the year.

Other Thoughts:

The campus' library has discs that can be checked out, as well as score cards and maps.

Short mostly open course. 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 11, 2013 Played the course:once

Pros:

This course is short and you have a birdie opportunity on every hole. Innova baskets are in good shape. Good place for beginners or for more advanced players to work on approaches and putting. Can be played in 30 minutes if short on time.

Cons:

Too short for more advanced players. It was fairly wet when I played, but not too bad.

Other Thoughts:

It was a fun short course. I would probably play it again if I am near there. It appears in the past that they marked the tee boxes with two gold tee markers made out of wood, but now they mark them with these circle metal covers that are the size of a disc and painted hot pink. There is only one metal cover per hole. They are not too hard to find. When you finish hole 2 don't throw down the tree line that is hole 4. Hole 3 is straight back from the woods. The rest of the holes are fairly easy to find.
