Can you Break Par? 2+ years

Pros:
-Holes ranging from 112 feet to 287 feet. First 5 holes mostly level, the last 4 holes up and down hill, and side hill. Wooded holes, gaps, and open holes.
-The course is built for beginners and recreational players where they will have a chance to learn to throw into gaps, and open holes up and down the hill without being punished. Intermediate and Advanced will be challenged to break par since 7 of the 9 holes are Par 2's. The two Par 3's is not gimmie birdies.
-Solid Ace run is 1-2, 7-9 to break course par.
-Hole 3 is solid and can earn a spot on any of the 18-holers I have played.
-Intermediate and Advance can stretch the course out by aligning their own course route for distance and increased par. Example teeing from 1 and throwing to basket 3 or 6 and just go from there for your next hole. Also, the hilly part of course has at least 450 feet of distance aiming at baskets 6-9 to work on long range distance shots.
-The course is within 4 miles of Gillies Creek and Bryan Park. Battery Park will give a chance to warm up for a tournament or ready for a round of fun.
-The course developing Beginners and Recreational, and the advantages for Intermediate and Advanced players to continue to improve their game Ranks No.1 compared to a handful of other courses I have played.
-Navigation is clockwise, there is a course map at the first tee with pars listed for each hole. Tees are marked with a license plate number; baskets have a red flag on top with white hole number. It was my second course of the day, and I had forgotten about the license plate numbers. I played basket to basket and only saw one license plate number.
-Course is in a quiet neighborhood, and the course was just recently mowed.
-Lost disc potential is small. Behind No. 6 basket is a fence with heavy trees and a ball course.

Cons:
-Basket 7 was missing, hopefully it will return. Should have been located top of hill directly across from 9 basket by about 300 feet? I played a utility pole in the vicinity.
-The baskets are flimsy, they looked like the ones I have seen on Amazon for about $79. They rock if you are putting from just within C1.
-Some of the flags on top of basket for holes 6, and 8 are missing.
-The license plate numbers to mark tees could be hard to find. I only saw one of them, but I had forgotten about them until hole 6 and saw that one by chance.
-Playing holes 1 and 6 you will be crossing a seldom used street. Can see both ways from 1, but not from 6. Coming from the left the street is blind and that is the direction of the basket a ninety-degree dog leg left. Just as I was getting ready to throw and a car came out from behind the trees, very unsettling and dangerous.

Other Thoughts:
Battery Park is a course I would take a new player to learn the game or someone wanting to improve their game. A new player after learning the basics, can proceed to learn to throw thru gaps in wooded golf, shot shaping, up and down hills, side hill throws. The course is clean and manicured. For myself if I lived in the area and I wanted to spend a morning improving my game, this is where I would come whether I was stretching out the course or just practicing on the hill. I would end my practice session with a round to give myself a chance to break par with an ace or a birdie on one of those elusive pars 3.
One of my questions before arriving at the course was, why is there a 287-foot par 2 that is longer than the two par 3's. The longer Par 2's on the hill, there's nothing in the way and it's a straight shot to the basket. The 287- footer No. 8 is downhill and you're going uphill on 7 and 9, and the two Par 3's are very well protected from easy birdies. I think this was a way for the course designer to challenge the veteran players.
With Battery Park beginner and recreational friendly, a challenge to break par for intermediate and advance players, and a course to use our imagination for game improvement, my overall rating is anchored on a 4.5. However, there needs to be a No. 7 basket, and when I find out that has happened, I will increase my rating.
The Shake my Head hole:
No. 5 Par 2 at 112 feet. Not possible to play from 4 basket and did not see license plate to mark tee. When I step thru the brush behind the 4 basket, I could barely see the No. 5 basket as it was tucked behind two very bushy trees. Not possible to ace, and I threw a low skip under the two trees.
Notable Hole:
No. 4 Par 2 at 154 feet. Sounds like an ace run! Kind of sort of, maybe not. It's wooded with some canopy and scenic. It is a very lazy dogleg right. About 40 feet ahead is a tree gap of 15 feet, and then another tree gap about 40 feet from basket and 20 feet wide. The basket is protected by the trees on the right gap. The basket is also surrounded on three sides by brush. Very scenic, but for myself not getable from the tee.
Signature/Trouble Hole:
No 3. Par 3 at 238 feet is a very well protected fairway and basket by trees. You need to throw straight down the fairway to at least 215 feet, the rest of the way is a 90- degree dogleg right to the basket. However, at 100 feet is a gap of 15 feet with bushy trees on both sides and the top. Past the gap all along the right is more trees with heavy brush and not possible to reach basket. The emphasis is straight down. Hole 3 is your best chance for birdie and to break par compared to 6. I hit the brush on the left side of gap and barely got thru, there goes my birdie chance.
