Nice little church camp in the middle of nowhere 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 7, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

-Mailbox with helpful course map right by the tee for hole one
-I don't believe it's pay to play anymore, I found a donation box with the maps that I put two dollars in
-Beautiful little camp
-Some interesting shots around the trees

Cons:

-Many of the homemade baskets were falling apart, they were all standing and still had chains though
-The post marking the tee for hole 7 was missing, or at least I didn't find it

Other Thoughts:

-I don't think this course get played a lot, none of the natural tee's were worn down
-Miles of gravel road between the highway and Camp Luther

Unique Baskets at Middle of Nowhere Camp 2+ years

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 4, 2013 Played the course:once

Pros:

-Unique baskets that have seen better days but still catch well enough.
-Wooded holes, it was pretty interesting. Some of the shots were pretty fun.

Cons:

-Navigation and signage is pretty poor. Get the map for sure.
-Pay to play isn't worth it sometimes. This is an example.
-This place is in the middle of nowhere. Take note of the directions even more so than most courses.
-Natural tees, not a big deal though.

Other Thoughts:

Due to the fact that this course is pretty average, pay to play, and very out of the way, I wouldn't recommend playing here. I am sure that any kids that play it would enjoy it because it isn't super long or hard. I would have loved to have had this course at my summer camp. This course is at a camp and I don't know their exact policies but I am sure they would rather have not had random disc golfers there during camp season. I don't think any camps were happening when I was there. Not much activity whatsoever.
