Object Course - A Fun Time Throwing at Signs

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 13, 2024 Played the course:once

Other Thoughts:

Fun way to introduce campers to disc golf (although it would be nice to include baskets, and not call it "Frisbee Golf"). Clever 18 layout around the camp, with clearly marked tees and targets.

The tee signs show length in yards - but at least they have arrows pointing you toward the target. Most targets (large black-on-white signs) are clearly visible from the tees. They are mounted on posts, trees, and a few power stanchions.

Several long holes play across gravel parking lots. Not good for the discs (or for the parked cars).

I played on a day in March when the camp was deserted. II would imagine that during the season, a lot of obstacles (campers, visitors, cars) take away some of the enjoyment of playing.

Close to the good, wooded Panthorn Park course, and not far from the two excellent courses in Bristol. Bag it on your way.
