Pros:
-Challenging holes
-Beautiful park & trees w/ creek and man-made obstacles
-Several holes have impactful elevation challenges
-Hardly any traffic

Cons:
-Little to no signage (use udisc)
-scumbags (not players of the course) use the woods to litter and destroy landscaping.

Other Thoughts:
This course will be difficult for beginners but still offers a fun round. For intermediate and advanced players, you will want to come back.
