Baskets and signs in good shape. Pads have a divot in the back center and are too short for the X-step, which thankfully is only needed on a couple holes. All grass is a decent length. Course is dry and plays well.
Short course around the perimeter of a church property. Mostly open, though hole #6 is a tightly wooded ace run. Water in play on a couple holes: hole #8 has a creek behind the basket; hole #9 has a pond to the left and a creek to the right. The course traverses roughly in a counter-clockwise circle around the church property.
