Pros:
Given some time for the trees to grow, there are several holes around here that could be pretty interesting. If you're wanting to practice your distance, this is a great place to do so while still being more interesting than an open field.
Cons:
The OB doesn't really create enough of an interesting feel to the course to keep you from being bored of just chucking your disc as far as you can, and then picking it up and doing it again.
Really needs some obstacles to introduce any sort of variance at all to the course.
