Get some signs up now 2+ years drive by

Pros:

a challenging course that was fun to play for the holes I could find.

Cons:

Spent lots of time trying to find where the start was and the rest of the tee boxes. I could not find 13-16 tee boxes.

Other Thoughts:

Get some signs put up now. Until they do, people are going to get frustrated with this course.
