Reviewed: Played on:Jun 15, 2019 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Beautiful course with lots of fun challenging shots, all holes have alternate tees and pins, and the new signage just put in is top-notch! Some fun Island shots, mandys, etc lots of trees and valley terrain.

Cons:

Its am hour away from where I live but she's always worth the drive :)

Beware the Pit of Dispair!

Other Thoughts:

Glenn and the club put lots of love and sweat into this course and it shows!

One of the best in SoCal 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 24, 2018 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Great course design, multiple teepads/pin locations. Great for beginners, also challenging enough for advanced players. Never crowded. Great mix of short and long holes, foliage and natural OB is challenging, but not discouraging.

Cons:

Two holes cross at one point, but signs are clear for layout. Bushes in the rough of some holes are thick and eat up discs. Two holes run adjacent to softball fields, but with little effect on play. In summer, two holes' fairways are sometimes used for soccer practices.

Other Thoughts:

I love this course, it never gets old, and always pushes my skills, but I don't have to worry about bringing a new player and having them be intimidated.

Looking better everytime 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 15, 2016 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

All of the holes present a unique challenge. Has Pro and Am tees plus alternates on some holes.

Cons:

Not where you want to play if it's raining... muddy.

Other Thoughts:

Great course, I really enjoy playing this course. The new tee pads are fantastic and are well laid. I also like the flow of this course. Nice mix of long holes with plenty of ace runs mixed in. Go enjoy a round!

I'M HOOKED 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:May 22, 2015 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

- Upon arriving, you are treated with a nice view of the upper portion of the park. I love how the developers utilize the natural beauty of the ravine to work with holes from ONE; 1, 3, 4 to those on the back NINE;10, 12 15, and 16. The lower portion plays well into it's surroundings.

-Hole #1 is a great leeway to the course. I love how you need to either walk down stairs or the path at 1S; it just feels like walking down a very big entrance.

-the park club keeps it well kept and clean, getting rid of safety hazards such as brush and clearing paths.

-NEW TEE PADS SET IN STONE

-benches are littered throughout the park, serving as spots to rest for those who bode tired. So are trash cans, just in case you have some cans or plastic.

-There are a variety of shots and approaches, not limited to a strict lane like certain courses. The fairways are quite open except on holes 4, 7, and 9.

Not to far of a drive from my house, within range.

I am excited to have arrived at this moment in time at the park and am very excited to see the developments that will take place in the future.

The variety and community surrounding it is what makes this park a great addition for Southern California.

GREAT PARK

Cons:

- complete beginners to the sport will have trouble on the course, but will have a great time nonetheless.

-------
I know I might be beating a dead horse, but maybe a water fountain would be a nice addition?

Other Thoughts:

maybe you guys should build a course in French Valley/Winchester ;)

Super Fun 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jan 19, 2013 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Fun easy to follow layout, good variation between long and short holes, awesome baskets, cool atmosphere like you're in a river bed with alot of trees

Cons:

Tee pads are super slippery with any amount of water (they are supposed to replace with cement soon)

Other Thoughts:

This is a very fun park for the intermediate to experienced player. I took some friends that have never played before here and they were pretty frustrated by the end of the game.

Much better course now 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 25, 2012 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Much more difficult with the new layout, lots of trees and obstacles . Lots of potential for more holes once club gets more funds. But so far so good. Lots of shade and two tee pads per hole is great.

Cons:

No signage yet, I'm sure the local club will be adding them soon.
