Pros:

Decent DD tee signs with hole maps and distance listed.
Nice sized cement tee signs
Most of the course was well groomed
Decent course flow except where noted below

Cons:

Couple of the back holes had longer grass
Couple of holes are near areas where you are in danger of throwing near other people, specially holes 6, 7 and hole 11 that has you throwing over a volleyball court.
Kind of longer walks from hole 5 to 6, 13 to 14 and from hole 18 back to hole 1.
Parking is also an issue, it's a longer walk from where you can park to hole 1.

Other Thoughts:

As far as school campus courses go, this is a decent one using a lot of interesting parts of the school campus.

Holes 1 to 5 are your run of the mill park like holes.

Then you get to hole 6, this one throws over the edge of a large pond with the basket hidden past a walking path down a small hill.

Hole 7 has the tennis courts along one side and a row of large trees on the right, makeing this a tunnel shot. its a longer hole too.

hole 8 to 11 are mostly wide open shots

Hole 12 and 13 use the pond again, with hole 13 throwing over the pond on a little chip shot.

Then back to the more park like settings for holes 14 to 18.

As I stated above, to park for free, you park next to the Baptist Ministry building across from the University. It's not a far walk, but coming back from 18, it was a pain.

Would I play here again. Well there are not many courses nearby, if I was in this area, I would play it again. The course isn't bad, you just have to watch out for students on a few of the holes. If you skipped the back holes and just played 1 to 5, then 14 to 18 and maybe a safari hole from 18 back to basket #1, you could make it an 11 hole fun course to play.

Cool Course 2+ years drive by

Pros:

*Visually pleasing course - I especially liked the wooded section
*Interesting array of obstacles - I enjoyed the Home Plate backstop, and the baskets nestled up to the water. Provided good challenges
*Course appears well taken care of. Most likely a benefit of the college campus.

Cons:

*One of the holes plays over a sand volleyball court. You'd have to skip that hole, or play way out to the side to avoid any people playing.
*Course is on a college campus, so expect a decent amount of foot traffic during peak times.
