Normal to have tailwind on this hole. Just try throwing a bit higher then normal and straight out with a disc that has a bit of fade.

Hole plays shorter then it appears, Try avoiding throwing to the right n the brush line do to the snakes. Also winds an push all shots to the left. Try discing down on this hole.
