Pros:
- Nice course for beginners or players developing their short game
- Allows for a variety of lines on most holes
- Tee signs and baskets in good condition
- Usually fairly quiet, but can be busy at peak times if there is an event at the camp
- Well kept as far as mowing goes
- Can be technical at times even though it is fairly easy, the camp has been around for a while so the trees are mature and the basket placement adds some fun
Cons:
- Never really a place to open up to throw a driver for an experienced player
- Basically a birdie or miss course for experienced players, most holes are short
- Natural tee pads
- Very close to some of the houses in the camp, if you are a beginner that does not trust your throw or angles be wary when trying to open up on some shots!
Other Thoughts:
Don't expect to be challenged if you are an experienced disc golfer, but if you want a casual round with a change of scenery then feel free to check the course out. I personally love to work on my midrange and approach shots at the course, as it is a little more technical than the other courses in the area that are shorter. If you are a beginner this is a great course to develop your game and challenge yourself on!
