Pros:
-Nice Baskets
-Very Good Signage
-Nice view of the river from #1, 2 and 3, but not at all in play
-Slightly longer than a "pitch-n-putt" course
-Upkeep of area very nice

Cons:
-Slight Split in areas between 1-4 and 5-9.
-"Natural" tees

Other Thoughts:
Riverview DGC in Cedar Falls, IA is located on the campus of the Riverview Retreat Center. Hole #1 starts just east of the "Tabernacle" building. A nice course set around the tabernacle and in a 2 square block section of the campus about a block away from the #4 basket. Some mature trees come into play to force some shaping of shots, but add to the interest. Hole #2 plays through a small ravine with a short tunnel shot. Signage was very good with a nice sign pointing the way from the #4 basket to the #5 tee (a little over 300' or about a block away) A good course to work on your technical shots. Some concrete pads and maybe some benches would add to the rating for me. I enjoyed my round here and would play again.
