Best Course for All Levels of Players drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 26, 2023 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Multiple turf tee pads per hole with brooms, multiple layouts and challenges, great signage and defined OB and hazards, and the best town upkeep of any course in Upstate New York. The town employees and maintenance crews play there too, so they have a vested interest in its upkeep. Some wide-open bomber holes mixed with several mildly wooded holes with low ceilings. Two water-carry holes, and some uphill/downhill shots. The best part is the variety of course usage for all skill levels. It's friendly for a completely new beginner through to having tour pros play it in August 2023 at the NYS Championship.

Cons:

Could use more restrooms, but I was told they are in the works for 2024

Great course for beginners and advanced players drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 9, 2023 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

-Nearly 10 different tee layouts, ranging from 800 all the way to 1000 rated difficulty
-Fairly well manicured
-Open/not heavily wooded. Trees are more so used as strategic obstacles

Cons:

-Not quite finished yet
-Still needs complete signage for all of the tees
-Almost exclusively turf teepads. Hopefully they decide to make more permanent cement ones soon
-Could use more OB stakes/lines

Pros:

Beautiful setting.
Pretty wide open but there are trees and water to spice it up a bit.
Free to play.
Parking right at Hole 1
Reds, Whites and Blue tees.

Cons:

No tee pads yet but they are coming.

Other Thoughts:

It's a nice and much needed addition to the East side.
