Pros:
- good quality baskets
- front 9 has concrete tee pads
- navigation is fairly easy
- good variety of distances ranging from 200 to over 500 feet
- good variety of shot shapes needed to birdie
- a few areas with some elevation change but mostly flat
- fairly easy to spot every basket from the tee, even the par 4

Cons:
- mix of gravel and dirt for the back 9 tees
- no tee signs at all
- long walk from hole 18 back to parking lot
- Very few if any trash cans on the course

Quality course that could be the best course in the metro area with all concrete tees and new tee signs
