Pros:
12 nice Prodigy baskets. Decent variety of open holes and tight wooded holes. Length was varied.
Once I got past 1 and 3, navigation was fine. The tee signs are small but effective.
Grassy holes were freshly mowed.
Not sure about the name. Not much of a ridge, mostly flat with some slight incline at times.
Cons:
Tees are natural, just a sign post. I only saw one set of tees, though maybe there were 2 at some point? Post 10 was either missing or knocked down. Some of the tee posts were missing the hole # and distance info.
Wooded holes are tight to begin with, but were overgrown in late June, thankfully they weren't too long.
Other Thoughts:
Not much about this course stands out. Nice baskets to throw at in an ok area. Good place for locals to come after mastering the beginner course is nearby in Gleason or for a quick practice round, but after mastering this one there are the standard type challenge courses close by in Martin and McKenzie.
Note- Plenty of parking now along the street and in the park. Hole 1 plays parallel to the park driveway up to the big tree. Hole 2 plays back to the basket that looks like it could also be for #1. #3 basket is not the one you see (that is 5) but 3 is longer and plays along the main road. The course maps are not accurate as either hole 1 has been moved or the park driveway has possibly been moved as it now sits between #1 and #10.
