So i see alot of people saying to throw putters for drives to work on form and distance. But i've noticed most of these players are all backhand throwers. Personally i throw about 95% forehand off the tee. Are there any putters that are good for driving forehand?

Something with a bit of stability, like an Ion.

But take the chance with learning how to throw a putter backhand too. I used to throw nothing but FH, but it will help your game if you can drive BH with putters and mids at least.

I have a buddy who sidearms about 90%. He throws Pigs like I throw Rocs. He keeps 3 in his bag, and can make those things go to work for him. I throw about 5-10% forehand, and will put a Pig or Zone in my bag if I know the course is lefty biased.

Keep throwing the putters fh,it teaches good forehand technique if u can make a seasoned putter go straight. I flick all my putters.

Seasoned omegas
Vp
ridge
Zone
Just depends on the situation

for practice and form work you want something a little more neutral, as this will give you better feedback on your throw. aviar, magnet, etc.

for rounds you probably want something with low speed fade for consistency - rhyno, pig, zone, vp.

the zone is great - i throw it - but it is definitely faster than everything else listed. it's a tweener putter/mid. it's a bit harder to throw with touch and basically flies like a mini firebird.

The rhyno and zone are really good fh putters. The ion was too when i tried it. But really, just like drivers, anything is good for fh,just depends on the preference

I must add another vote for Zone. Pigs are good too if you just love Innova, but Zone is better, if nothing else because of ESP vs Pro plastic. And Champ Rhyno for slightly shorter and/or straighter drives or where it is important to not skip, because the Zone can have a pretty vicious skip for a putter/mid. I have always thought Star Rhynos feel cheap and flimsy, so I stick with Champ.

ESP Zone all day. but learning to flick more neutral discs will help your game. u can always trust the zone tho.

I do love the predictability of the Zone, but if you are looking for a disc to help your form try an Innova XD or a Latitude 64 Spike. Both are fast shallow rim understable putters. If you can throw the XD on a straight line you will be able to FH anything. I like the shallow rim putters for driveing because I can get a more clean release. I also drive FH with Wizards and they do a grate job also.

The Zone is easy to throw FH but will not show you form flaws
The Spike can handle a tone of speed and snap for how understable it is and it may replace the XD's in my bag because of this.
The XD is hard to FH at first and will tell you what you are doing wrong right away. You need good form to throw it well.
The Wizard is the deepes rim putter I throw but it is great for all kinds of lines. You can't put as much on it as the Zone or Spike but it has tones of glide and can be used for almost any shot.

I flick magics and zones,I think using the magic for flicks has sort of become my signature :|

For forehand, don't use a putter. Use a buzzz (a new EliteX one works well, or else just a Z Buzzz)

another Zone vote here. The Jokeri works very well too, less glide than the zone in priemum plastic and imo shorter. will aslo use my wizard or magic depending on the shot I need. Practice with the Wiz and it will tell on you if you throw it wrong.
