im hoping the Ti version adds some stability

Me too. I was not happy with my Nuke SS when I first got it and was about ready to say F it. But then I realized you just gotta throw it right. Not too hard because it will flip and roll. But if you release it right, it will go far. Its not very good in wind either. But if the Ti adds some stability, this thing will be awesome.

I would imagine the Nuke SS appeals to a broader range of players than the OS.
Around here, I've seen people in the local shop buy an OS because it says Nuke, not realizing that there is a significant difference between the 3.

I tell my customers what they are getting. Most of my big arm people come in looking for the OS for flicks. Nobody has come in asking for an SS. Just saying.

My buddy throws all the Nukes, but his favorite is the SS. He throws LHFH and that thing just takes off...I've seen him legit flick that thing 500 feet....but about 275 feet lef tof the fairway. I find them too unpredectable, but he loves them!

I was thinking the same thing, bought a regular nuke... too much disc for my arm right now. Just went left with no good distance. Just not there yet lol

Me too man. I'm just at the point where I'm comfortable throwing my surges. I can get more distance than my fairways, but fairways seem to be more accurate. I'll work on stretching my fairways to 400' before trying anything over a surge lol.

Me too. From my experience, Ti plastic reduces glide by a decent margin. I'm not sure how a Ti comet would be received if it lacks glide. I'd try one for sure though. :thmbup:

You think after they break even they'll discontinue it? Some of the stuff looks pretty cool, but I think they need to tweak the blend to be softer.

This has to be marketing to newer players. The zombee and nuke ss are both "cool" names for noobs, designed for the lower power player.

Do you think dc is going noob friendly bc of the likes of prodigy and dd making "pro" line discs? The hype machine is with the new companies right now, but the hype machine really only applies to the people who are aware. Not really the casual hucker that owns 2 discs, which I think is dcs new target market.

hmm not bad i guess but not what i was hoping to see.. i have my fingers crossed that the others will at least include one of the following :

1) Ti Surge
2) Ti Banger-GT
3) Ti Zone
4) Ti Comet.. would like to see just b/c i love comets but dunno about less glidey comet
