[Question] Favorite Disc

Tough one. Two discs sharing a permanent place in the putter pocket along with my main putter: first run premium JOKERi and my first opto Pure, can't simply decide between them... sorry.

I've been playing with this broken shoulder blade. It doesn't bother me anymore so I'm rolling with it. I've actually been throwing farther since the fracture.....

Banshee. It's my only reliable disc some days. Like today >.> Doesn't turn unexpectedly, like those other jerks >.>

Vibram VP.

I use a VP for everything 200' and in. Putting, approaches, flick approaches, FH drives, flick rollers, OH recoveries, short range flexes, hyzer spikes... And probably a bunch of other things too.

400S PA4 169g Proto. Absolutely. I love to throw it, basically. It feels very comfortable to power grip(or grip in general), it holds any line I put it on, it doesn't need too much height to go far, and I'd go so far as to say it corrects my form.

Wow that is a suprisingly hard question. The two I probably have the most fun throwing are my beat wizard when I'm running at the basket or my most beat, understable hurricane when I'm manipulating it to make it hit all sorts of lines. I honestly love throwing all of my discs equally though.

Seriously. I'd probably just pick my putter.

Firm Judge.

Though, a close 2nd is the gazelle.

Zero line Pures!! Have only been throwing this for like a month or so but i am loving them.

Star Sidewinder because it can do everything, and in long distance too.
The control of a fairway driver, and the length of a distance driver.

Also everything in my sig as well :)

That's tough because I really like everything in my bag.

I like my Innova Rhyno for those crazy type putts,Tomahawks,Thumbers, short forehand rollers,Forehands,Pancakes,Grenades, approaches and for Drives. It's a great disc that covers many shots for me in the 250ft range.

I'm also gonna have to say my main putter as well. My Gateway Voodoo. This has to be the best putter on the planet. I use the Super Stupid Soft ones and they just get glidier and straighter with age. I've hit many a jump putts and I can be pretty automatic from 25ft and in with these things. I carry 6 in my bag just because :D

My favorite disc right now is my 167g Tournament plastic underworld. So useful for me. I could throw it on pretty much any drive i need unless the wind is crazy. goes lazer straight if i power down, hyzer flips, long turning drives, and can even hold a hyzer and finish left (RHBH) if i monster hyzer it and power it down a tad.

also, picked up a 136g Sonic a few days ago and have been loving it!! this is my first "Touch" disc, and its so fun to throw. even been putting with it, and yesterday, shot my best round ever while using it to putt.

My pearly 11x CAL TB. Has the purest stability of any driver I've ever thrown, I can shape nearly any line with it. Yesterday I parked a 400ft slight anhyzer hole with it for an easy deuce.

I like my Opto Pure for the same reason, but distance limits it somewhat, although I can crank out 300' with some ceiling...

I pretty much like all the discs in my bag too.

My favorite disc is whatever one of them is working the best that day. Could be my Flick. Or maybe a Buzzz. Sometimes the Viper is saving me stokes...

But after a little thought the ONE disc that is my favorite is my 150g Champion Leopard. Why? Six years ago when I started playing I wasn't getting much distance and I asked my nephew who had been playing for quite a few years for some advice. He said go lighter. So that day I ordered a Leopard. Why? Because it was the first lightweight drive I came across that was tie dyed. Being an old hippie, all my discs I bought in the beginning were tie dyed.

Short story long, that disc made an instant difference in my game. My first driver that actually went consistently 200 feet or more. And with accuracy. And it was so flexible I used it for just about every kind of upshot.

Don't get me wrong, it has it flaws. Into a stiff headwind it isn't pretty. And when you absolutely have no choice but to beat thru the brush, its lightweight gets knocked down easily.

In any case I lost that tie dye years ago, and the next tie dye, and the orange one, and the green one, and... Point is I still carry one. In fact I have four Leopards in my bag, (or more accurately, my cart) two 150g Champs, a 172g Champ, and a 167g Star. And the only reason I've lost so many is that I use it so much, its bound to come up missing from time to time.

Geez I'm babbling.

Everyone should own a Leopard

DX TEEBIRDS! Thats right, I said DX plastic. I carry two weights and wear stages in my bag. Drives, midrange, approach, the bird can do it all.

Buzzz. Best disc ever imo. If I could only throw one disc it would be a Z, or preferably CryZtal Buzzz.

S-Line PD -- Drives 300 to 375 feet -- It is so glidey & laser straight until the very last part of the flight where it fades forward and left, but my favorite thing about it is that it loves low lines. I find myself wanting to use it on 200 foot low ceiling tunnel shots, but I always talk myself out of it.
