[MVP] MVP Vector Midrange

Holy crap! These things are stable! I'm not used to being able to go full tilt on a mid (except Drones and their peers) and have it not even try to turn a little. I did have a couple of huks into a headwind that caused a bit of turn but nothing heavy.

Wow, just snagged one of these today. Flew predictably, very forgiving resisted turnover and had more fade than I thought it would have. I would compare it to a Roc, but it's more forgiving and maybe a bit longer.

I got my Vector from GGGT on Friday. Its slightly domey, definitely not flat. Does anyone elses flightplate have odd "melted" looking spots where it meets the rim mold? Mine also has a 1/8th inch "dent" on the underside of the rim? Ill post pictures later, I didnt have time this weekend and now Im back at work.

I did like the way it flew however, threw it as a 2nd drive on some shorter holes.. like most has said, flies like a longer Roc for me.

Friend picked one up from clearwater for me, too bad they were out of orange. :\

Mine has that look too, but i'd be slightly concerned about this "dent".

Yeah, Im a little weirded out by it. This is my first MVP disc so I wasn't sure if stuff like that was common. Its probably about 1/3rd of an inch long and 1/8th of an inch deep. Like I said, pictures later. I do really like the plastic they use though! It felt a little odd at first but I dig it.

We had a few dented ones come in the store, but they went back to shape after a couple days.

I made Climo throw my Vector once, and although I think he tried to mess up on purpose because it wasn't Innova, he parked a 350' hole on a straight hyzer into a headwind. On examining the disc he thought it felt slow/clunky, but he was surprised by how fast it flew. He seemed to think it was pretty decent as it felt like a Roc.

I really want to get my hands on this disc in the next few weeks so I can write a review on it for our club's newsletter. I haven't thrown their products yet but they are innovative and I think a lot of people tend to pass them up because they are "gimmicky". More than anything else when I get my hands on it to throw it I really want to like this disc just to prove that it isn't.

When Latitude 64 first started they were pretty damn gimmicky but look at them now.

Bought one of these today. It was so pretty I couldn't pass it up, the pics don't do it justice. I can't really say how it flew as pretty much all my shots were disastrous today, but I can say from rocketing it into trees within 10 feet of the tee over and over again today that it is at least a durable disc. It doesn't show any damage on the rim. Also it was very muddy today, and I swear this disc has a teflon coating on the candy plastic part. Nothing stuck to it, it wiped crystal clear every time.

Thats pretty funny. He tried to screw up, and ends up parking. He is THAT good

Threw 2 today, both 177- orange and green. 1 had dome and 1 flat. Both flew overstable. After 30 throws in the field, I'm not so sure they are too different than anything else out there. I'm guessing they will perform nicely in the wind though.

He didn't really try to screw up...He's just pretty loyal/biased toward Innova discs, so much so that he might not try as hard with another brand;).

Based on the rumors of his royalties, can't blame him at all. I'd even throw Innova for that kind of coin.
