Great elevation mix. Excellent assortment of distances. Scenic views of the area. Thoughtful course design. Nice baskets and pads (although if it were or had rained it would be a different story.) Very friendly/helpful locals.

Thoughtful lay out. Good mix of required shots for RH FH&BH. Not too long or short. Seems to be well maintained. Beautiful pine forest
Signage isn't great. There were times when you had to do a bit of wandering to find the tee. Some holes could afford to have some trees removed and a fairway...
I am going to the great white north (Michigan's Upper Peninsula) this weekend and was wondering if you can play this course in the winter. I read that the back nine is used for sled ridding, and am curious to see if I should even attempt playing. Great gods of the forum please advise.
