2015 Ledgestone NT presented by Discraft

Nate delegated the Kennel Lake course to me. So I understand the problem with hole 12. When it was originally designed in the early spring without leaves it seemed a lot more straightforward. The branches dropped significantly making it much more difficult to reach the green. The green could...

Paige Pierce on ESPN Top Plays!

This deserves a dedicated thread. She beat out a no hitter which is crazy but awesome.

Best Baskets for High Profile Course?

Orange powder coated Mach V's with basket blades and number plate are my favorite for a wooded course. I think they are much more appealing and visible th the discatchers. Mach X is great as well.

Thanks ElementZ! Glad you enjoyed playing there again. I'm hoping to get a lot more done soon but have my third child on the way making it difficult to work on it. If ya ever make the trip to play again and want someone play along, spot, or give ya thoughts why a hole was designed a certain...

    New From Central IL

Welcome to central Illinois. Morton/Peoria area IMHO is the best area as others have said. Peoria Frisbee Club has spring league on Tuesday nights and there are quite a few tourneys in the area this year if thats your thing. We are trying to get the courses in great shape for the NT in August...

    Disc Golf is growing!

As I was watching the Memorial tonight my wife was watching a cheesy Hallmark movie. I hear the "weather girl" say she is going to a dsic golf fundraiser. So I start watching and they show up to a temp course and receive a little bag with 2 discs. She tells the guy to release level and use...

All short pads are poured at Megiddo now. Had to wait on hole 3 till other construction was completed. 7 long pads are poured with more coming in the future. This is my busy time of year so I haven't had much time to get more bridges, stairs, and more lines done. Eventually there will be a...

    New course in Morton, il.

#3's tee pad has to wait to get poured due to park raising ground level. Still a lot of work to be done but very playable. Added pin placements, more long tees, and lines will be added when I can find more time and money. If any out of towners want a guide first time through we can try and...

    New course in Morton, il.

Poured 24 tee pads today with 3 concrete trucks. We had 7 skid steers, 2 power buggies, 4 wheel barrows, and around 40 people. Tees are 5' in front flaring to 7' in back 12' long. A couple short holes are only 10' long but same width. Started at 7:15 and got it in before the rain.

Looks like it will be a lot of fun Cadmaniac. Wish you luck on your course and hope it turns out just how you want it to. Those pesky trees you listed can be a bear!

    New course in Morton, il.

Concrete pads are planned to go in on June 7th. Planning on pouring around 24 pads that day. 3 truckloads of concrete and skid steers, power buggies, wheelbarrows, and buckets will be used to get the crete to the pads. Course will be closed that day to let concrete harden. After that come...

    New course in Morton, il.

If you come this summer wait till after June 7th. Hoping to get all the pads poured in one day if we get enough help. Had a triples tourney last Saturday that really helped beat down some trails better. Long way to go but it's coming. You can see more pics if you follow the course page under...

    New course in Morton, il.

Hoping to get concrete pads in the next 2 months. Going to try and do all the shorts and some longs all in one day if possible. Going to take a lot of skid steers, power buggies, wheel barrows, and man power. Unfortunately, volunteers have been lacking. Put baskets in last Saturday and I've...
