2015 Tourney Videos

I saw the final round at the FSO Sunday. I was wondering what the story of the missed mando by Ricky was all about. It seems like he didn't know about it. What a hard way to throw away a tournament...2 shots up with one to play and it's only 425 feet long. He took a 6pp.

My guess after watching it was he knew he was up two and just had to play safe, i.e. backhand that doesn't go near the fence. The forehand was probably the higher risk higher reward shot he took during the rest of the event, evidence of this is him trying it to get close on the retee. The forehand never went near the mando so he probably never thought about it. Had to hurt.

Man, I wish more disc golf videos were like this (and I've only watched the first two holes this far, put it on pause to make this post).

The production quality is great- the hole # and length in the top corner, player name and score in the bottom and the # of throws they've made on the hole this far... amazing. No video that I've ever seen has had any of those, and most of the times I've really felt a need for it. All of those make watching the tournament way easier and if every video had these features, disc golf would be a lot more watchable.

Great job man, you are my hero.

Very cool video indeed! My videos include disc, player name, and player score data, but I have not included distance and par. Some things to think about in the future. Keep up the great work hassimuss!

My last video had more or less all of that, but also distance thrown (tee shots) and distance remaining (all shots) and wind. I give mad props to the Oslo video, because I know exactly what they've been through to make that happen. It is a LOT of work. Consequently, I doubt I will ever put that level of detail into a video again, as it consumed my life for about a week and a half. I really like the balance struck on The Disc Eye's videos. Showing the disc used is really great info.

Yes, I remember seeing that. Great work, Bill!

It's such a tough balance between adding stuff and time. Even tougher when everyone wants next day vids.
