Any advice for my backhand?

I cycle 2 dx teebird and 1 champ teebird. I throw my buzzz about 250.
 
Footwork leaves a lot to be desired and in general smoothness. You lift your rear toes off the ground and try to push from the heel and straight knee, which doesn't get the hips into the throw. Don't let the rear heel touch the ground and you want to maintain flex in the rear knee coming down to plant. You let your weight get to the outside of the foot/ behind the heel and your leverage is cooked. The front knee should stay behind the inside arch of front foot if you want to leverage from it.
