I am a beginner and started playing this year. I throw 200ft consistently and about 260ft when things for some reason click. I am looking to become more consistent, as my discs often are released early or go far right, or unintended on hyzer/anhyzer.

I have videoed myself a few times and noticed that my discs also seem to go nose up (perhaps because of the "dip" that happens during the swing?), falling forward after release, not tucking in the left arm, etc.

I did try to watch a lot of YouTube, but I end up trying to "fix" too many things at once, so I think what I need the most help with is to single out one or two things that I can focus on in my field sessions as a start to make some progress.

Any help appreciated
