Hi all
Started playing last year, and just started again after the winter. Probably throwing about 70 meters/230feet with midranges. I feel like I have to hold back and sort of lean back a bit to avoid losing balance.
There's probably a lot to fix, so would prefer to start with the biggest flaws first...
Here's a video of two throws - not the same throw twice as it might look like.
