Hello all. I'm an newbie on the forums playing out of Maryland and would like some advice input on my mixed bag. I'd like to simplify my bag to about 12-15 total discs.

I play mostly in moderate to heavily wooded courses and wide open ones on occasion. Thanks in advance!

Vitals:
DG 3 years, average 1x per month
RHBH, Sidearm
Distance (avg/max*) for driver: est. 350'/400'

Injuries/handicaps?: Bad rotator cuffs.
What do you like/dislike about your current bag?: Confused about my bag!
Immediate and long-term goals: I'd like to have more consistency in the short-term, and gain some additional distance in the long-term

1. Too many drivers. Pick an understable, stable and overstable and that's it. For instance, I personally find the Flow and Renegade to be nearly identical in flight characteristics.

2. Too many fairway drivers. Fury, River and Underworld overlap quite a bit as they are all understable. I'd go with Predator for overstable, Escape for stable and one of the others for understable.

3. Mids. Pick 3. Personally I think Truth is the greatest, but if you like the Buzzz, stick with that. Add a Mace for overstable duties and a Comet for understable.

4. Putters, choose 1. Both the Magnet and Challenger are fine.

I can tell you like the Swedish plastic, so I tried to keep with that theme mostly.

Looking at your discs you have a lot of overlap. I just eliminated some repetitive drivers. Between the Halo, Renagade, and Bolt you should have your OS, Stable, and US shots covered.

Fairways I just eliminated the River because a 174g Opto River will be close to the Fury, but honestly it's which ever you like best. I would say the Escape will be your primary, the Fury your anny and straight disc, and the Underworld for turnovers.

Mids I would keep both the buzz and truth. The truth in the classic will beat in quickly, while the buzz will stay the same longer. The Warship and Comet will be fairly close, so honestly once again, your preference. I would keep the Stratus for super US duties and the Mace for OS duties.

Putters, I would find one you like to putt with and one you like for up shots. Plus, if you lose one you always have a back-up. ;)

Hope that helps.
