Bag Dividers

Does anyone know where i could find some bag dividers for my innova competition bag? Maybe even possibly make some or some suggestions on alternates? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I bought my bag used at play it again sports and it did not have any and i would really like to put some in my bag. Its really a pain not being very organized in there and would be much easier getting the discs in and out of the bag. Thanks!!
