I was just in Belize on a cruise over Christmas. Would have loved to come up and visit your course, but we just stayed at the Port since it was Christmas Day!

Oh yea, and I did spend the entire port call on Roatan visiting Tommy's course there! :hfive:

Good luck with your course and the Tournament! Have you given any thought to arranging transportation to and from the Cruise port for a Disc Golf Excursion?

That's awesome, and with such a good score the locals hopefully got to see some great throws.

Belize had one 9-hole course when I was there 10 years ago, but it was on the border with Guatemala at a rest stop along a mostly paved highway. Would have taken a day to get there and back but for some reason the wife wasn't down for doing that on our honeymoon

Interesting how he shot 6 strokes worse his 2nd Rd, while everyone else in his division was either more consistent or even improved from Rd1 to Rd 2... yet he won easily.

We are rolling into the 3rd event now at the end of October.

Belize was doing well with the COVID but has had increased spread now and that is the delay to our next event.

Randy Dueck is a monster. He has played for 5 months. We actually played the first event at his course. The second event was at our course mentioned above Cerros Maya. The next event will be a 2 day event that will showcase the course mentioned by close to Guatemala which has recently expanded to 18 holes. Randy posted the first 1000+ rated round in as far as I can tell Central America ever at the second event.

Hopefully our 4th event will be open to outsiders!
