Can a TD provide used merch for payouts?

Thanks for clarifying that there were new discs offered & you selected some for your Am-Playing-Pro payout. If the used discs were priced fairly that may enhance the amateur value for an event with an average rating <800. Don't know what entry was for this one-day-Sunday but FPO payed at $60 net per player, over half the division cashed, plus $25 player pack, and lunch. Hopefully no used discs in the $45 Am PP Gosh, seems like everybody got their moneys worth.

I understand the first edition will need corrections, but I don't think the math has changed after a couple of updates.
