I didn't really agree with Sexton's comments that Eagle needed to keep going for it. I'd've taken the shot for the -2, but then laid up and taken the par and worked to get the win on the rest of the course. (said with perfect 20/20 hindsight...)
When you're good enough to reliably make that putt, and when you're gunning for 1st place, you run the putt, no question.
If you suck at putting, or if you say "well, 2nd place is good too", then you lay up.
