Chains- the movie. Is it dead?

So about 2 years ago the documentary about Disc Golf, "Chains", was supposed to come out, but then got delayed, with the promise to come out.

so, is the movie dead? I know about a year or more ago, they started making CFR discs too, but then no new word.

I emailed them a couple of months ago to ask about it and this was the response I got:

Thanks for your interest.

Still plugging away on it when we get some time. Other projects (that are fully funded) have slowed the progress of the movie. However, we're very close now. We have close to 500 hours of HD golf footage, and have edited that down to about 25 hours. Our current target is a rough cut by May, and final cut by July.

I always forget that new people coming into the sport don't know about this movie (hell even some that have been it for a while). My favorite video they did was the one released shortly after Worlds 2008.
