For a period of time I had to make myself take a day off after playing every day for a week straight. I started wearing out my muscles and getting diminishing returns in my game. I think the most days I ever played consecutively was like 9 or 10. That was during quarantine when I wasn't leaving the house much except to go to the neighborhood course.

May, 2020 I played every day (31 days) mostly 27 hole rounds on my local course. 1203 holes for the month which is my highest month total.

My current work schedule/load is allow me Saturday and Sunday.
