Coyote Classic 2013: Presented by DGA

My friends, it is that time of year again.

A PDGA B-Tier 3-DAY Event and the last leg of the "Steady" Ed Tour
Room for 140 Awesome Players!

Come join the Ventura Disc Golf Club for a 3-day weekend of disc golf, sun, fun, and camping at the Lake Casitas Recreational Area. We will be doing things similar to last years event. We will be setting up a different 20 hole course each day, with a few new holes to shake things up. We will be playing 3 rounds of 20 holes (1 round each day). Your entry fee includes a wonderful players package and a ticket to the BBQ dinner Saturday night at Campground M.

Registration

Online registration begins Friday August 23rd at 7 PM PST. DO NOT DELAY! THIS EVENT WILL SELL OUT!

Camping

Campground M is the official tournament camping area. When making a reservation you must mention that you are playing in the disc golf tournament. Visit www.lakecasitas.info or call 805-649-1122 for reservations.

Schedule of Events

Friday October 4
1st pool/flight:
All pro divisions and MA1 check in 7:00-7:45 am.
Meeting 8:00 am - Round starts at 8:30 am sharp
2nd pool/flight:
All other AMS check in 11:30 am-12:15 pm
Meeting 12:30 pm - Round starts at 1:00 pm

Saturday October 5
1st pool/flight:
All other AMS. Check in 7:30-8:00 am
Meeting 8:00 am - Round starts at 8:30 am sharp
2nd pool/flight:
All pro and MA1. check in 11:45 am -12:15 pm
Meeting 12:30 pm - Round starts at 1:00 pm

Free players BBQ to start at 5 pm on Saturday.

Sunday October 6

I started day 1 with a 983 rated round...and then the suck started.

I was there. Had a great time, just like last year. Didn't play well, but that course is too awesome, and that tournament is too fun, to let that ruin my one weekend a year I play there. Already looking forward to next year.
